Nigeria’s foreign exchange crises have damaged the country’s aviation sector, and the west African nation’s forex reserves have taken a battering following a slump in global oil prices.

Hadi Sirika, who is the minister of state on aviation says the major challenge is the foreign exchange.
The dollar scarcity has led to acute shortage of jet oil used by airlines and left several local carriers struggling to pay their staff.
