FG lifts ban on Kaduna-Abuja helicopter shuttle

The Federal Government has decided to lift ban on helicopters flights from the Kaduna International Airport to the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja.
In Abuja, the Minister of State for Aviation, Hadi Sirika,  who disclosed the ban of commercial helicopters shuttling between Abuja and Kaduna, during the Federal Executive Council meeting, said the directive came from the Office of the National Security Adviser, ONSA.

The minister also stated that the government is currently working on having a Nigeria airline to fly directly between Kaduna and London, the United Kingdom. "The procedure for using the airspace will be released soon," he added.
